Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a legal field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in the legal industry, preferably with a law firm or corporation.
• Minimum 3+ years of paralegal related experience.
• Prior contract drafting experience and strong writing ability.
• Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle each stage of the contract process from intake, drafting, and negotiating through contract execution.
• Track agreements and maintain the contract management system and templates.
• Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts across the company to address legal issues.
• Assist with content review and legal clearances for marketing and promotional materials.
• Manage domestic cause marketing campaign registration process and train clients on processes.
