Job summary

Disney Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle, including onboarding, negotiations, amendments, and renewals. You will ensure data integrity in the CLM system and drive process improvements across Licensing, Finance, Legal, and stakeholder teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in contract administration, and the ability to interact with all management levels.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, licensing operations, legal operations, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related area.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and training to internationally based contractor staff.
Audit contracts and amendments for policy compliance and quality assurance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive corrective actions.
Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
Build data analytics and KPI reporting for leadership.
Lead meetings with Licensing, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.
