Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business/finance preferred.
• Experience reading, interpreting, managing contracts preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including professional telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of credit union movement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and development of credit unions' vendor management programs.
• Collect required documents and information from vendors.
• Provide monthly status updates to each credit union.
• Complete training with credit union employees on CUVM software.
• Analyze and review vendor documentation for compliance.
• Perform contract analysis following established processes and guidelines.
• Update and upload data in the vendor management system.
• Produce biannual contract overview reports for credit unions.
• Maintain correspondence and compile monthly reports for managers.
• Assist in software upgrades and training on new functions.
