Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado is seeking a Vendor Procurement Analyst to support and administer the enterprise vendor procurement and governance program. You will act as a centralized resource for intake, documentation, RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, contract review, and vendor lifecycle governance across business units, technology, compliance, legal, finance, and risk management.

The role emphasizes risk-based supplier management, governance policy improvement, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years in vendor management or procurement.
• Experience with RFP administration, vendor due diligence, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of credit union operations and financial regulations preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the enterprise vendor procurement and governance framework.
• Coordinate vendor procurement activities, intake, stakeholder communication, and workflow management.
• Facilitate RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and vendor evaluations.
• Support contract review, negotiations, and risk management across functions.
• Maintain centralized records of vendor engagements and contracts.
• Develop procurement templates, workflows, and governance materials.
• Create reporting on vendor activity, inventories, and metrics.
• Assist in audits and regulatory examinations related to vendor management.
