Job summary

The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates is seeking a full-time Contract Management Analyst in Tallahassee to support credit unions with vendor management programs via the CUVM platform. You will collect due diligence, review contracts, and ensure compliance while coordinating with credit unions and vendors for required materials.

The role focuses on data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and providing clear insights from contract analyses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2- or 4-year degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience reading, interpreting, managing, and scrutinizing contracts preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including professional telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Knowledge and understanding of the credit union movement; previous credit union or financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and develop vendor management programs for credit unions.
• Collect required documents/information from vendors and credit unions.
• Provide monthly status updates to each credit union on vendor management program progress.
• Complete training with credit union employees using the CUVM software.
• Analyze and review vendor documentation and perform contract analysis.
• Update data in the vendor management system and produce biannual contract overview reports.
• Assist in software upgrades and training for credit unions on new features.
• Request and collect annual documents from each client.
