Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Vendor Management Administrator to support the credit union’s vendor program by coordinating due diligence, maintaining vendor records in the GRC system, and supporting contract administration workflows.

You will prepare routine reports, help with audits and regulatory exams, and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in vendor management, contract administration, or risk/compliance in financial services.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with a GRC system.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, collect and review vendor information for accuracy.
• Conduct routine due diligence and gather required documentation.
• Maintain vendor records in the GRC system with accuracy and audit trail.
• Support contract administration: track start/end dates, renewals, and obligations.
• Prepare routine reports and dashboards for leadership and audits.
• Draft templates and guidance to standardize vendor management processes.
