Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and at least 2 years of relevant instruction experience.
• Alternatively, 4 years of military experience with technical instruction.
• Experience delivering technical instruction.
• Ability to achieve IPC instructor certifications within required timeframes (90/180 days, 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in person or virtually to groups of 10 or more.
• Build and maintain proficiency in electronics, torque, safety-wire, and soldering.
• Follow internal processes and training standards to create engaging content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address priorities.
• Foster partnerships with customers and leaders while delivering training.
• Contribute to updating training materials and projects.
• Provide solder-related expertise to factory personnel.
• Support training during off-shift hours to cover all manufacturing shifts.
