Job summary

AMAX is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts. This role will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate drafting and compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in contract administration within manufacturing or technology industries, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract administration or legal operations experience.
• Experience supporting commercial contracts in manufacturing or technology preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract terminology and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full contract lifecycle, including drafting and reviewing.
• Prepare and manage customer agreements and supplier contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
