Job summary

ARKANCE USA LLC, part of the ARKANCE Group, seeks a Contract Manager to oversee intake, workflow, and CLM administration across the organization. You will work with attorneys, sales, operations, finance, and procurement to collect information and ensure contract documentation reflects business terms.

You will generate standard-form agreements, review counterparty drafts, maintain a searchable repository, and support process improvements to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3+ years in contract administration, contract management, legal operations, sales operations, procurement, or a related function.
• Experience using a contract lifecycle management system, document management system, CRM, or similar workflow platform preferred.
• Familiarity with NDAs, services agreements, statements of work, order forms, amendments, purchase terms, and vendor agreements.
• Ability to understand business transactions and translate commercial context into accurate contract documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, workflow, and documentation of contract requests across the organization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and escalate to attorneys as needed.
• Generate standard-form agreements and manage CLM templates and workflows.
• Review counterparty revisions and prepare basic redlines.
• Maintain an orderly searchable contract repository with metadata and versioning.
