Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage the contract lifecycle, draft and negotiate agreements, and administer the CLM system. The role emphasizes data analytics, dashboard maintenance with Power BI and Agiloft, and collaboration withLegal, Finance and procurement teams.

You will monitor expirations, support renewals, and ensure adherence to procurement playbooks and templates while safeguarding the company's interests through strong negotiation and governance.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in contract/supply chain activities and related projects.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and apply negotiation playbooks in supplier discussions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate low to moderately complex contracts and amendments.
• Monitor and administer the CLM system and contract lifecycles.
• Own procurement dashboards and reports (Power BI, Agiloft) for real-time visibility.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and stakeholders to protect company interests.
• Track contract expirations and renewal opportunities; escalate issues as needed.
