Job summary

Epiq is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with CLM expertise to join our team in the United States. You will drive contract lifecycle management implementations, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and configuring CLM solutions tailored to client needs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, future-state design, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across contractual workflows, with training and adoption support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CLM or related contract management software.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system (e.g., Agiloft, Ironclad, Malbek, ContractPodAi, LEAH).

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for CLM projects with stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state CLM processes and design future-state workflows for scalability and compliance.
• Configure CLM systems with workflows, templates, metadata, and dashboards; coordinate with technical teams on integrations and migrations.
• Develop training materials and support end-user adoption of the CLM solution.
• Provide ongoing reporting and dashboards to measure contract performance and compliance.
