PCI Federal (PCIF) seeks a Legal Data Technician to support the Office of Management Information in the Civil Division of the Department of Justice. The role focuses on classifying cases and recording important data according to strict rules.

You will review legal documents in a highly structured, deadline-driven environment, develop database queries, and ensure accurate records while training staff as needed.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma, college degree desired.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience in a legal environment reviewing documents and extracting information.
• Ability to read large, complex legal documents and extract relevant information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a 98% accuracy rating and production levels.
• Adhere to deadlines for processing documents.
• Review legal documents and identify applicable information.
• Create records in the database and classify cases.
• Annotate and update data fields per rules.
• Perform self and peer QA reviews.
• Record production data in automated systems.
• Support other CISS Functional Areas as required.
• Assist in training staff.
