Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma; college degree desired is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience working in a legal environment.
• Ability to read large, complex legal documents and extract relevant information.
• Experience in highly structured, deadline-driven settings.
• Good working knowledge of the Federal Court system.
• Proven track record meeting deadlines and delivering accurate work.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a high 98% accuracy rating and meet production targets.
• Adhere to deadlines for processing documents and completing work.
• Review legal documents and identify applicable information.
• Develop search criteria and run database queries to locate records.
• Create records in the database and classify cases per rules and procedures.
• Annotate documents and update data fields in the system.
• Perform self and peer quality assurance reviews of work products.
• Record production data in automated systems accurately.
• Provide support to other functional areas as needed.
• Assist in training staff on tasks.
