Job summary

PDG Performance Development Group (PDG) is seeking Contract Learning Solution Architects to join our network for project-based work paid on a 1099. The role centers on performance improvement solutions for life sciences clients and may require travel for client meetings.

You will scope, design, and deliver solutions, collaborate with our sales team, and guide deployment while ensuring alignment with client goals and outcomes. The interview process includes multiple screening steps.

Qualifications

• Experience working in life sciences industries and/or designing sales performance solutions.
• Master’s Degree preferred; commensurate work experience will be considered in absence of an advanced degree.
• 8–10 years of experience in solution design, performance consulting, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with leadership, sales, and account teams to identify clients for solution services.
• Guiding the sales team through goal definition, opportunity identification, and design of performance solutions.
• Determining target audience needs and how they align with business goals; analyze programs and improve learner experience.
• Designing and presenting learning, performance, evaluation, and communication strategies to clients.
