Job summary

Prismic Life, a Bermuda-incorporated life and annuity reinsurer, seeks a senior program lead for a 24-month contractor engagement to implement and coordinate core platform deployments (Aladdin, ERP, general ledger) and related investment-operations tooling. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage vendor partners, and drive readiness across finance, risk and technology functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex platforms in financial services or insurance.
• Direct experience with investment-platform implementation or ERP/general-ledger transformation; Aladdin preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investment operations, accounting workflows, data integration, and controls.
• Ability to lead across business and technology teams and manage external partners.
• Experience coordinating systems integrators and software vendors in large programs.
• Proven track record in delivering test planning, cutover readiness, and production launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain implementation of core platform portfolio (Aladdin, ERP, GL) and related tooling.
• Own the integrated implementation roadmap; coordinate with Finance, Investment Management, Actuarial, Risk, Operations, Data and Tech teams.
• Lead the Aladdin workstream and ERP/general-ledger implementation; oversee design, integrations, testing, and cutover readiness.
• Drive automation, data management, reconciliations, and reporting for investment operations tech.
• Support the Operational Risk Dashboard by defining data sources, taxonomy, workflows, and controls.
• Oversee testing, validation, UAT, and production-readiness activities across platforms.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors against scope, milestones, and knowledge-transfer.
