Prismic Life, a Bermuda-incorporated life and reinsurance platform, seeks a VP to lead investment and enterprise operations. You will shape the end-to-end operating model, drive strategic priorities into repeatable processes, and ensure clear accountability and governance across investments, entities, and external partners.

Requirements include 10+ years in insurance or investment operations, executive communication, and experience with Aladdin or similar platforms.

Competenze

• 10+ years in insurance or reinsurance or investment operations
• Proven leadership across investment operations, data, and third-party service providers
• Experience designing target operating models and governance
• Experience presenting to Boards, regulators, or auditors
• Aladdin or similar platform preferred
• Strong executive communication and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or professional designation preferred

Mansioni

• Set strategy for end-to-end investment and enterprise operating model
• Lead operational readiness for new transactions, entities, investment mandates, asset classes, managers, custodians
• Establish accountability across Prismic Life and external providers with SLAs and governance
• Provide executive direction for Aladdin and related investment ops capabilities
• Oversee data and workflows from source to reporting with clear governance
• Establish operational control framework covering reconciliations, approvals, access
• Provide executive oversight of significant incidents and remediation efforts
• Lead vendor management activities including onboarding, diligence, and contracts
• Collaborate to convert enterprise priorities into executable operating plans
• Build cadence, team structure, procedures, and performance measures for growth
• Advise COO and senior leadership on capacity, risk, and investment priorities
