Qualifications

• Ohio Intervention Specialist credential/certification required.
• Experience as Special Education Teacher or similar role a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development & implementation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with general educators, families, and related staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to K-12 students with special needs.
• Develop, implement, and assess IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Engage with families, providing updates and resources to support student success.
• Collaborate with school staff to create inclusive learning environments.
