Job summary

Candidates must have strong communication skills, a bachelor's degree in special education or related field, and experience in multicultural settings. The salary range is $43,500.00–$55,000.00, with additional life and career benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a full‑room inclusion type model or Co‑Teaching in a Resource Room model.
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI).
• High level of comfort working in a growth‑focused coaching environment.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with classroom teachers to support students.
• Conduct diagnostic and functional behavior assessments.
• Write and implement behavior improvement plans.

Skills

Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards

High quality written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

Ability to work independently and contribute to a team

Experience working in a multi‑cultural setting

Education
