Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Contract IT Recruiter to source and hire top technology professionals for software, data, cloud, and security roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain an excellent candidate experience while ensuring accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT or related field.
• 2–5+ years IT recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, Data Scientists and IT Project Managers.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript; AWS/Azure/Google Cloud; SQL; DevOps; cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruiting from requisition through onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Ensure compliant, positive candidate experience and ATS data integrity.
