Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Contract IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified technology professionals to meet staffing needs. You will partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements, develop strategies, and manage the full lifecycle for IT roles, including software developers, engineers, cybersecurity, data analysts, cloud, and infra personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–5+ years recruiting experience, IT/technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, Data Scientists, and IT Project Managers.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript; AWS, Azure, Google Cloud; SQL; DevOps/CI/CD; cybersecurity technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and talent databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
