LAZ Parking is seeking a Contract IT Recruiter to source, attract, screen, and hire qualified technology professionals to meet staffing needs.

This role partners with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the full lifecycle for IT positions including software developers, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, data analysts, cloud specialists, and infrastructure staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/IT or related field.
• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, IT/technical focus.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, Data Scientists, IT Project Managers.
• Familiarity with technical skills and platforms (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript; AWS/Azure/Google Cloud; SQL; DevOps/CI/CD; cybersecurity).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talent for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
