Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support HR Managers across multiple locations in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on employee relations support, HR operations, compliance, and manager training in both union and nonunion environments.

You will handle employee relations issues, investigations, background checks, onboarding large groups, and training for managers, while ensuring accurate records and adherence to FMLA/CFRA/ADA/FLSA in a fast-paced construction

Formación

• Requires 3–4 years in HR coordination or generalist role.
• Experience supporting union workforces (internal or external).
• Experience onboarding large groups of employees at once.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and FLSA.
• Construction environment familiarity with site navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee relations issues and investigations
• Respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers
• Prepare job change letters and maintain job descriptions
• Review background check results
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends
• Track compliance training and certifications
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Train new managers on HR processes
• Support compensation, benefits, leave, and performance processes
