Job summary

Aptean is seeking an HR Generalist on a 4-5 month contract to join our North American HR team in Alpharetta, GA. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on operational tasks and includes handling U.S. visa processes in collaboration with stakeholders and legal teams.

You will ensure data integrity, support employees through inquiries, and contribute to HR projects that enhance efficiency across NA. Prior experience with global mobility and Oracle HCM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with HR certification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience with global mobility or visa administration.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support NA HR Business Partners and leadership.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and legal teams on visa processes.
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation for all employees.
• Participate in exit interviews and complete exit paperwork.
• Collaborate on projects to improve HR efficiency in North America.
• Provide responsive employee inquiry support.
