Form Energy is hiring a Contract High Volume Recruiter to support Form Factory 1. This onsite role will handle full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt hourly manufacturing positions, from intake through interviews, offers, and close.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and events, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. We seek 2+ years of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment, with proven sourcing skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing associates and non-exempt hourly roles.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter; Ashby a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: manage searches for non-exempt roles, from intake to offers and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and pipeline status.
• Source active and passive candidates to build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain organized records in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.
