Job summary

The limited-term position supports ERP implementation, MOU management, and monitoring to ensure compliant budgeting for programs funded with grants. The role follows a hybrid model with in-office work 2 days per week in the SCAG region.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in budget and grants or related field.
• Experience with subrecipient monitoring and MOUs preferred.
• Familiarity with cost/price analysis and grant invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers on MOUs with subrecipients for multiple programs.
• Assist with developing scopes of work and payment methods for MOUs.
• Track expenditures, progress, and compliance for MOUs; prepare amendments.
• Perform funding carryover for MOUs and set up purchase orders.
• Conduct cost/price analysis.
