Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, analyzing, or processing documents for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Experience researching laws, regulations, policies, or program requirements and applying them to situations.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, or other business documents with attention to detail.
• Experience tracking and maintaining records and databases.
• Experience providing customer service or technical assistance to internal or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the agency’s contracting program and assist with contract and grant administration.
• Collaborate with program staff, legal staff, attorneys, and external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the Office of General Counsel on technical contract matters.
