Checkr, Inc. is seeking a contract G&A and Operations Recruiter for a 6-month assignment based in San Francisco. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source top passive candidates, and drive the full interview process.

You will own offer negotiations and maintain an exceptional candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in-house experience in G&A and Operations recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of in‑house recruiting experience hiring G&A and Operations talent
• Ability to manage a high req load
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and define requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies to surface passive candidates
• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and drive interview process end‑to‑end
• Own offer approval, extension and negotiation process
• Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
• Attend recruiting events as necessary
