Job summary

Checkr, Inc. is hiring a contract G&A and Operations Recruiter for a 6‑month engagement.

You will build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, manage end‑to‑end recruiting, and own the offer/negotiation process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. The role requires collaboration with executives to understand hiring needs, and the ability to surface top passive candidates through unique sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of in‑house recruiting experience at a tech company.
• Ability to manage a high number of open requisitions.
• Strong sourcing skills and creative strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and define requirements.
• Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates.
• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and drive the interview process end to end.
• Organize and facilitate interview debriefs, guiding decision making.
• Own the offer approval, extension and negotiation process, and close candidates.
• Create and maintain an amazing candidate experience.
