Job summary

Soliant is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role near Milaca, MN. Starting with a long-term substitute of about 10 weeks in October, the position transitions to a flexible schedule of two days per week in a school setting serving elementary students.

The role requires an SLP with CCC‑SLP, Master’s degree in SLP, and Minnesota licensure eligibility. Compensation ranges with healthcare and housing benefits. Open for 60 days after posting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders.
• Current CCC‑SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Valid Minnesota state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation and progress tracking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families and students.

Responsibilities

• Screen students with speech-language and hearing assessments.
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative services in a school setting.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports; participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated support.
• Engage in professional development to uphold best practices.
