Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for a school-based, in-person role in Minneapolis, MN. The full-time 37.5-hour week position serves elementary students with a ~40-student caseload, start date 9/8/2026, through the 2026-2027 school year, with benefits and travel stipends for qualified travelers.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, MN license, and PELSB School SLP credential, with CCC-SLP preferred and school-based experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license
• Minnesota PELSB School SLP license required
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; CF-SLP encouraged
• Previous school-based experience required
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
• Participate in IEP meetings as a related services provider
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Minnesota (MN) Speech-Language Pathology license

Minnesota PELSB School SLP license

CCC-SLP certificate preferred

CF-SLP encouraged

Previous school-based experience

IEP development and compliance documentation experience
