Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Minnesota. This full-time contract (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours weekly) is based at a middle school and serves across two sites to support students' communication goals.

You will conduct assessments, deliver therapy, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to foster inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota SLP license and CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience in school-based SLP practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience in K-12 settings, with preference for middle school involvement.
• Strong communication with students, families, and educators.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted speech-language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for middle school students.
• Develop and implement IEPs, maintain documentation, and participate in student support meetings.
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services across classrooms and resource settings.
• Partner with teachers, families, and support personnel to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to ongoing evaluation and adaptation of speech-language programs.
