Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy at Milaca Elementary School in Milaca, MN. The role begins as a long-term substitute in October (10 weeks) and then transitions to a 2‑day‑per‑week schedule.

You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy while collaborating with teachers and families. Applicants should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Minnesota licensure or eligibility, and CCC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid SLP license for Minnesota or ability to obtain
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy at Milaca Elementary School
• Long-term substitute assignment beginning in October (10 weeks), then transition to 2 days a week
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver individualized therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
• Maintain relevant documentation and adhere to state and district policies
