Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a Vermont school setting. The role offers up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a contract through June 10, 2027.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, deliver therapy sessions, and collaborate with educators and families. Strong communication and documentation skills, plus state licensure and CCC/CFY status, are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC or CFY status required or preferred.
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop IEPs for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions, individually and in small groups.
• Integrate evidence-based interventions to foster student progress.
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and family members to promote student success.
• Monitor and report student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.
