Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a high school, with a caseload starting around 30 students and expanding to 60 for full-time hours. The position runs now through late May 2026 and aligns with standard school hours from 7:55 AM to 3:25 PM.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, IL state licensure (PEL), and CCC-SLP, plus prior school-based experience. Strong communication and collaboration with staff and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current IL state SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).
• CCC‑SLP certification required.
• Experience delivering SLP services in school settings, ideally at the high school level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering student progress and success.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in high school students.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s goals.
• Deliver therapy through engaging, evidence-based practices—no VOCO/virtual therapy.
• Maintain compliance with state and district policies.
