Job summary

CrossFit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Education to own product strategy and execution for the Education line of business, including learner experience, course registration, content authoring and delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership to align strategy and sequencing across the broader product surface.

Qualifications

• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for education/learning platforms.
• Ability to establish goals, KPIs, and measure outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Education product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with existing systems and platforms.
• Drive experiments, analytics, and customer insights to inform decisions.
