Job summary

Acara Solutions, an Aleron company, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage contract employees and drive recruitment across client sites. You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles with integrity and professionalism.

You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, maintain metrics, and build strong client relationships while supporting a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant experience; experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
• Proficient computer skills, with one year of prior experience using the MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and oversee contract employees at client sites.
• Spearhead recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across our client base.
• Maintain performance benchmarks and recruitment metrics.
• Act as liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees with professionalism and integrity.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for contract staff.
• Cultivate community relations and retain a pool of temporary/contract employees.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to resolve escalated personnel matters.
• Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality.
