Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is expanding its Austin technical recruiting team to support aerospace and advanced manufacturing clients. This full-desk recruiting seat handles requisitions end to end, from intake through candidate management, working with account leadership and hiring managers.

You will own live requisitions across engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, and IT, building targeted sourcing plans and delivering client-ready submittals weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Technical recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, IT, or adjacent disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates through direct outreach.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.
• Comfort operating on the phone as a primary channel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a live technical requisition load across engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, and IT disciplines.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies - name generation, targeted outreach, ATS mining, and referral development.
• Run intake calls that produce a real search plan: target companies, calibration profiles, and disqualifiers.
• Screen and prep candidates so submittals arrive complete and client-ready.
• Maintain accurate, current activity documentation in our ATS.
• Deliver market intelligence back to account teams and clients - comp reality, candidate availability, and where requirements need to flex.

Acara is expanding its Austin technical recruiting team to support aerospace and advanced manufacturing clients across the region. This is a full-desk technical recruiting seat on programs where speed and submittal quality are visible to the client every week - launch vehicle, spacecraft, and semiconductor manufacturing environments where open requisitions directly gate production.

You will own requisitions end to end: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, submittal, and candidate management through offer and start. You will work alongside account leadership with direct exposure to hiring managers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage a live technical requisition load across engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, and IT disciplines
• Build and execute sourcing strategies - name generation, targeted outreach, ATS mining, and referral development, not posting and waiting
• Run intake calls that produce a real search plan: target companies, calibration profiles, and disqualifiers
• Screen and prep candidates so submittals arrive complete and client-ready
• Maintain accurate, current activity documentation in our ATS
• Deliver market intelligence back to account teams and clients - comp reality, candidate availability, and where requirements need to flex
• Escalate early when a search isn't converting, with data behind it

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Technical recruiting experience across engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, IT, or adjacent disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates through direct outreach
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search
• Comfort operating on the phone as a primary channel

STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Staffing agency or RPO background - you understand urgency, requisition load, and client accountability
• Breadth across multiple technical verticals (technician, engineering, skilled trades, and IT - infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, systems, or enterprise tech)
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or semiconductor manufacturing clients
• Familiarity with export-control-driven hiring requirements (U.S. Person status, ITAR/EAR)
