Pay starts at $18.00/hour, with incentives based on performance after 6 months. This full-time in-office role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and emphasizes initiative, accountability, and teamwork to elevate overall operations.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail with strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook Email.
• SQL or advanced data skills are a plus.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate contract submissions for completeness and compliance.
• Enter, update, and correct data in internal systems with strong accuracy and focus.
• Provide timely and professional support to dealerships and customers by phone and email.
• Take ownership of inquiries from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support cross-department collaboration to resolve complex issues.
• Manage assigned tasks and shifting priorities with independence and accountability.
• Document findings, decisions, and follow-through clearly and consistently.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
