Job summary

Lifetime Destinations is seeking a meticulous Contracts Processor to manage all aspects of the contract process, including preparing, revising, examining and analyzing documents. This role maintains and updates records of contracts and related reports, logs, and transactions.

Responsibilities include verifying sales info, typing contracts, logging data in the database, processing payments, and handling edits or cancellations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in contract processing, legal assistance or similar role.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels within the company and with external partners.
• Familiarity with legal requirements and standards associated with contracts.
• Excellent time management and accountability.
• Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail with a knack for identifying discrepancies and errors.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales information and accurately type up contracts for final processing.
• Log all contracts and related information into the database system promptly and accurately.
• Process payments and manage financial transactions associated with contracts.
