Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 4 years of relevant education or work experience.
• Basic experience with government contracting.
• Must have Microsoft Excel experience with the ability to understand macros and use basic formulas.
• Preferred: SAP or other ERP system experience.
• Associates degree with 2 additional years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter data related to incoming customer contracts into business systems.
• Compile data and prepare various reports.
• Validate data with purchase documents and policies.
• Investigate discrepancies and propose actions.
• Notify departments of new or updated data.
• Maintain audit trails.
• Support business management goals and initiatives.
