Qualifications

• Must have Microsoft Excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Enter data related to incoming customer contracts into applicable business systems.
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
• Validate data with customer purchase documents and internal policies.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve data issues.
• Notify departments of new or updated data.
• Maintain audit trails.
• Support Business Management goals and initiatives.
