Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 6 years of relevant education or work experience.
• Basic experience with government contracting (FAR/DFAR).
• Must have Microsoft Excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Enter data related to incoming customer contracts into business systems using defined software.
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
• Validate data with customer purchase documents and internal policies.
• Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated data.
• Maintain audit trails.
• Support Business Management functions with varied tasks.
• Serve as a resource to others in resolving problems and issues.
