Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales team on ownership contracts (titles, financing, pre-approval).
• Process contracts by entering information into systems.
• Identify inventory based on owners' needs and preferences.
• Respond to contract status requests from Sales (info, follow-up, tracking).
• Prepare sales documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Maintain and create reports for Sales managers.
• Perform general office duties (filing, emailing, typing, faxing).
