Job summary

GME Supply is seeking a Contract Curriculum Developer – Construction & Industrial Safety (1099) to design turnkey training courses for in-person or online delivery. This fully remote role supports a Trainers department and is based out of Coppell, Texas, with projects delivered under fixed-fee scopes.

The contractor will develop new courses, update existing content, and ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory references, and corporate templates.

Qualifications

• Experience creating instructor-led or online training curricula.
• Ability to research technical topics and collaborate with qualified SMEs.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional structure.
• Strong technical writing, research, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new in-person or online training courses from initial scope through final deliverable.
• Review, correct, update, or modernize existing courses as standards, regulations or business needs change.
• Develop courses in construction and industrial safety topics listed in the job description.
• Create course packages: outlines, lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and supporting content.
• Develop online courses directly within Rise 360, including structure, interactions, and assessments.
• Follow company templates, formatting standards, and adult-learning principles.
