Placements24 seeks an Online Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and update digital courses across subjects for a global audience. You will ensure instructional design quality and accessibility, collaborating with subject matter experts and creating multimedia elements.

The role emphasizes remote work, independent project management, and delivering engaging learning experiences that meet high standards of pedagogy and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience developing online learning content and curricula.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive online course content, including modules, assessments, and activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate knowledge into engaging digital experiences.
• Ensure curriculum adheres to instructional design principles and accessibility standards.
• Create multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, and simulations.
• Review and revise existing courses to improve effectiveness and engagement.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum development initiatives.
