You will partner with hiring leaders, craft local and national sourcing strategies, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience across the organization.

This contract position requires 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience for exempt level employees in corporate/manufacturing environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer for salaried positions.
Partner with hiring leaders to design and execute local and national recruiting strategies.
Manage interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
Convert prescreening into offers with coordination of Hiring Manager and HR partners.
Maintain accurate documentation using ATS/HRMS for audits and reporting.
