Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience for non-exempt/exempt roles.
• Experience with HR databases and ATS.
• Comfort sourcing passive candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn and other tools.
• Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting to support hourly and skilled roles across the organization.
• Create search strategies to identify top talent and attract candidates.
• Utilize sourcing tools to identify candidates on job boards and networks.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR, Compensation, and L&D for a superior experience.
• Maintain high data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System and reports.
• Assist with specialized recruitment programs (campus, military, etc.).
• Achieve measurable results in applicants-to-hires and ensure required pre-employment tasks are completed.
• Stay current on market trends, diversity recruiting, and perform analyses to forecast needs.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting activities.
• Promote Perdue’s employer brand online and offline.
• Support Talent Acquisition leaders in strategic hiring initiatives as needed.
