Job summary

Perdue Farms seeks a Contract Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the organization. You will partner with hiring leaders, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and build a strong talent network to support Perdue's growth and culture.

The contract role requires working on EST or CST to meet business needs. You will implement local and national recruiting strategies and manage end-to-end processes from sourcing to offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 3-5+ years of professional recruiting experience for exempt roles in corporate/manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in centralized recruiting activities.
• Ability to collaborate with management at corporate and offsite locations.
• Strong knowledge of social media and web-recruiting techniques.
• Experience meeting Talent Acquisition goals (Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle recruiting for salaried positions and assist with field recruitment as needed.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends and best practices to deliver effective solutions.
• Build relationships with client groups, HR field personnel, vendors and community organizations.
• Review resumes, prescreen candidates and craft questions with hiring managers for approvals.
• Lead interviews and coordinate scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend offers in coordination with Hiring Manager, HRBP, and Compensation Manager.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment documentation for audits.
