Job summary

Perdue Foods seeks a Contract Recruiter to support the Skilled and Administrative Technical Team. This role will manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled functions, coordinating with Hiring Managers, HR, and leadership to fill openings efficiently.

The position is remote with preference for East Coast-based candidates and may require travel up to 30%. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of recruiting experience are expected, with OFCCP compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years recruiting experience for non-exempt/exempt roles.
• Experience with HR databases and ATS systems.
• Comfort sourcing passive candidates via Indeed/LinkedIn, etc.
• Knowledge of OFCCP guidelines in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled roles across the organization.
• Create targeted search strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and Boolean search.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to deliver a great candidate experience.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and candidate databases.
• Support campus, military-based and other specialized recruiting programs.
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
