Assignment: Temporary through mid-January, with potential to convert to temp-to-hire based on business needs and performance

We are seeking an experienced Contract Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional and technical positions across multiple company locations.

This individual will manage approximately 14–18 direct-hire, salaried openings spanning locations in Massachusetts, Texas, Indiana, and Vermont.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful recruiter who knows how to find strong talent, engage passive candidates, and effectively sell career opportunities and company culture.

This role requires someone who can work independently, think creatively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, local schools, job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Recruit for positions including IT, Quality Engineering, leadership, and other professional-level roles.
  • Review resumes and conduct candidate prescreens to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit.
  • Create and collaborate with hiring managers on prescreening questions.
  • Present candidates with clear and engaging information about the company, role, compensation package, and employee-ownership culture.
  • Maintain and manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Track recruiting metrics including applicant flow, days-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Assist with job postings, recruitment advertisements, and offer letters.
  • Conduct reference checks on selected candidates.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and HR partners throughout the recruiting process.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally 5–10 years.
  • Previous experience recruiting within manufacturing and/or for technical positions strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, technical, and salaried positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and other talent attraction strategies.
  • Previous Applicant Tracking System experience required; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, HR partners, and business leaders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and shifting priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, creative, and resourceful approach to recruiting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment policies, and hiring practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common recruiting tools.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for more than someone who can simply post jobs and screen resumes. The right recruiter will be proactive, engaging, creative, and comfortable selling opportunities to candidates. You should be someone who takes initiative, thinks outside the box when sourcing talent, and can build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
